Thanksgiving and Christmas Collection Schedule PRINTING AND MAILING POSTCARDS Estimated Quantity: Up to 150,000 (exact quantity provided with address file) Size: 6x9 Paper: 100lb cover card stock at least 10% PCW - Color: Full color double-sided with bleeds Proof: Digital proof required - Turn-around for proof: 24 hours - The provided data file will be in an excel sheet with the physical addresses - County permit number will be in the artwork - CASS and PAVE certify file sort to the lowest postal rate and generate reports and tags - Ink-jet address self-mailer with complete situs address and addressed to Resident - Sort, tray, tag, and deliver to Orlando Post Office - Provide 100% USPS full-service mailing - Contact client should there be a problem that may affect the cost or outcome of delivery before proceeding with mailing - Resend at no cost to the county any redirected mail that was not addressed correctly - Completion of printing and mailing: 5 business days from proof approval -Artwork will be provided no later than 10/25/2024.
