Repair, attach and wrap all corbels with aluminum brake metal.; Doors/Windows: Remove and replace 6 basement windows. Frame masonry openings with treated wood and wrap all window trim with aluminum brake metal and caulk to masonry. Remove deteriorated wood storm window on; Siding: Replace siding on house. Wrap all windows with window tape over any exposed flanges. Remove and replace gable vents with new gable vents. Provide new dryer vents. Provide and install new house address n; Tuckpointing: Tuckpoint house foundation throughout as needed. Properly tuckpoint visual cracks as necessary.; Concrete: Remove and replace driveway and the private sidewalk. Remove existing steps and install new 4'x4' or 3'x5' stoop with stairs and aluminum guardrails. Install flashing and proper sealing, Caulk betw
