Replace downspouts extensions on house with hinged extensions.; TRIM: Replace rotted window trim around garage windows.; DOORS/WINDOWS: Remove and Replace 8 aluminum storm windows on house.; DOORS/WINDOWS: Replace 5 aluminum storm windows on garage.; DOORS/WINDOWS: Replace glass on bottoms of 5 garage windows. Use frames already at location. Paint window frame for all 5 garage windows. CHANGE ORDER #1 - Add $2,500.00 due to additional broken glass and unse; DOOR/WINDOWS: Replace garage entry door with Mastercraft 32x80 primed steel 5 panel door and paint.; GARAGE DOOR REHAB: Replace track, wheels, hinges, and small plexiglass pieces in windows.; PLASTER: Plaster work in miscellaneous spots in garage and around entry door being replaced.
