Description

The project aims to understand and reverse hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) aging through cellular reprogramming. It involves profiling molecular signatures of aging in HSCs at single-cell resolution, identifying transcription factors (TFs) involved in aging and self-renewal, and screening TFs for their potential to restore HSC function and systemic health in aging mice. The research will characterize novel TFs, evaluate their effects in vitro and in vivo, and explore their potential as therapeutic targets for aging-related diseases.
