Description

Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, and Supervision/Project Mgmt . Demolition of existing partition walls, toilets, urinals, sinks and sink cabinets, wall hung mirrors and bag hooks will be removed and disposed of offsite . Installation of plumbing fixtures - to include (2) wall hung urinals, (4) floor mounted toilets. (2) double Bradley Sinks and (2) single Bradley sinks with mixing valves, drain lines and water service lines from existing valves . Installation of county supplied wall mounted mirrors - total of 6 mirrors provided by county . Installation of county supplied baby changing stations - one per restroom . Installation of all sanitary napkin bins and toilet paper dispensers on new partition walls as required . Supply Labor, Materials and Equipment for the de-glossing, cleaning/prep of the interior walls and ceilings, paint existing ceilings SW White Semi-Gloss and all wall areas SW Repose Grey Semi-Gloss . Supply Labor, Materials and Equipment for the installation of new wall partitions in the mens and womens restrooms to match the existing layout. County to approve color for new partitions prior to order placement . Remove and Replace 3 existing wall mounted lights per restroom with new wall mounted LED Lights 4' long to match existing .
