Description
This project aims to implement and evaluate a decision support tool called the Community Acquired Pressure Injury Prevention Field Implementation Tool (CAPP-FIT) to prevent pressure injuries among Veterans with spinal cord injury (SCI). The study involves multiple VA SCI clinics across the country and includes workflow redesign, provider training, and assessment of provider and Veteran satisfaction, as well as the incidence of pressure injuries.
