Description
Sealed bids addressed to Mr. Mark Vega, P.E., General Manager, McAllen Public Utility, will be received on May 31, 2017 until 2:00 p.m. at McAllen City Hall, Conference Room 2a (2nd floor). Bids will be publicly opened, and the names of responding companies announced. Bid tabulations will be provided upon request. Bidders must go online to www.ebidexchange.com/mcallen for project details. Bids are to be submitted electronically and in paper copy. First-time users should use their email to reset password and follow portal instructions to submit bids. Questions should be posted on the bidding portal under the "Questions" tab. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities. Bids are valid for 60 days. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for May 24, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room 2a, McAllen City Hall. Envelopes must be marked with Project No. 04-17-SP04-218 and WATER PRODUCTS - MPU.
