Description
The Data Harmonization and Analysis Core (DHAC) will harmonize clinical data, neurocognitive data, and measurements of THC, CBD, metabolites, and endocannabinoids in blood to understand how THC and CBD influence the endocannabinoid system (ECS) and how changes in the ECS mediate effects across the lifespan. The DHAC will develop and deploy systems for data collection, harmonization, analysis, and sharing, harmonize data from seven existing R01s for advanced machine learning and deep learning analyses, conduct specialized analyses to model THC and CBD effects on the ECS, and analyze ABCD data to examine effects in adolescents related to brain development and substance use.
