Description
The project aims to develop a monkey version of the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE), called the mMMSE, as a high throughput screening tool to measure cognitive functions across various domains, as well as social and affective processing in rhesus monkeys. This tool will enable rapid cognitive assessment for large sample studies, identification of vulnerable subgroups, and improved colony management by identifying monkeys at risk of poor health.
