The Customer shall be notified of extra charges while work is in progress. Item Note: Customer shall be responsible for locating of property lines, septic systems, and other necessary reference points to aid the Contractor in properly locating and installing the water system. In addition, the Customer agrees to protect the Contractor?s right of ingress and egress to the property. Customer warrants that he has full right and authority to enter into this contract. Customer is responsible to ensure that reclaimed water is not available before hiring Contractor to install an irrigation supply well. Florida Statutes state that the lowest quality of water must be used for irrigation. Therefore if reclaimed water is available, or becomes available in the future, it must be used instead of well water. Item Note: Contractor will not be held responsible for any loss incurred by Customer as a result of reclaimed water availability.
