Lake Lucern Planters - Supply 4ft floating planters around lake and anchor to lake bottom, planters will be supplied with assorted plant material; Supply and install new soil and plants into floating planters, install bird repellent spikes, supply and install LED solar powered lights; Labor - Monthly maintenance to weekly visit on both lakes, prune and apply organic fertilizer to promote growth. Pest control and prevention
