Description
This project aims to understand how chromosomal instability (CIN) contributes to immune evasion and metastasis, particularly in LKB1-deficient NSCLC. The project will utilize in vivo models to delineate the contributions of CIN and LKB1 loss to metastatic behavior and immune resistance, and perform spatio-temporal studies to explore tumor-immune interactions.
