Location : Corner of Orange Ave and Robinson St FM9005 WR40279138 POC Bryan Haines Project will be charged to CRA0021_P per Justin Eason; Change order #1 in the amount of $2,074.92 for additional work.; Change order in the amount of $41,200.72 for additional 2nd floor concrete slab correction.; Change order #3 in the amount of $156,177.51 for additional scope provided by customer ( Electrical, HVAC, Countertops, Metal closure , Misc items); Change order in the amount of $21,764.42 for additional scope requested by customer. Waterproofing 2nd floor penetrations, provide closeout inspections documents.
