Description
Supervised Visitation: At least one observer is assigned to each family to monitor the supervised visit for the entirety of the session. Visitation may take place in the community as per the vendor's established practice. The observer shall escort children between primary residential parent and the visiting parent, observe and monitor parent-child interactions during visitation, intervene with visiting parents to re-direct or change inappropriate behaviors, end visitation sessions when necessary to protect children or for non-compliance with rules, and document critical incidents in an objective style at end of session and provide a written Observation Report in a format approved by the Family Ties program to the Family Ties point of contact within two business days of the visit. The Observatiobn Report will be filed by the Family Ties program to the case. Parent and child compliance with attendance shall be reported to the Family Ties program within two business days of the scheduled event including initiation orientation.
