Description
This study will determine if low oxygen and abnormal heart rate changes measured during a sleep test are linked to coronary microvascular dysfunction. It will also determine how soon coronary microvascular dysfunction improves after starting OSA treatment with positive airway pressure therapy and whether this improves heart function.
