Proposal: Criste Construction, Inc. proposes to furnish all materials, necessary equipment, labor, and lawfully dispose of all job-related debris and rubbish necessary to complete the following work in a timely and workmanlike manor unless otherwise specified below: Demo and haul away up to 1350 square feet of bathroom floor tile in the men's restroom, tile base and Schluter Edge to remain. Demo and haul away up to 1776 square feet of bathroom floor tile in the women's restroom, tile base and Schluter Edge to remain. All wall mounted toilets/ urinals/ sinks along with the ceiling mounted stall wall partitions to remain during demo and installation. All floor drain covers to be reused. Prep floor in both bathrooms for new tile. No sub-floor repairs are included and will be assessed after the demo of the existing tile. Any unforeseen issues on the subfloor will be addressed via a change order. Provide and install up to 1350 square feet of new floor tile and grout for the men's room. Current design has a mix of both 12" x 24" and 24" x 24". We will be going with a 12" x 24" tile per the client's request which will eliminate the 24" x 24" tiles from the original design.
