Description
The project aims to incorporate portable, low-field brain MRI into a population-representative study of ADRD in rural South Africa. The study leverages existing infrastructure from the HAALSI cohort. The project will establish pipelines for data acquisition, transfer, and analysis. The largest portable MRI ADRD study in an LMIC to date will be conducted. The project will enhance US-Africa scientific collaborations.
