Quoted By: Grace M. Rinck, CIH 01/29/2026 CAC/CSST Inspection Aurora will provide the following: 1. A Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and/or a Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) will inspect the ceiling area above 2' x 4' Ceiling Tiles. 2. The ceiling area will be inspected to check if there is asbestos containing fireproofing that may be on the ceiling tiles or that could be impacted by planned removal of the tile. 3. Suspect asbestos samples will be transferred to a certified laboratory for analysis. A same day rush will be requested. 4. Results will be provided immediately upon receipt. A report providing recommendations for worker protection, maintenance and regulatory compliance shall be provided. The report shall include recommendations for mold/water intrusion remediation.
