4.1 Curriculum development encompassing core concepts as outlined in Section 3.1 of this SOW.; 4.2 Promotional Materials 4.2.2 Any promotional materials shall include a copy of the DMH and BHSA logo, provided by DMH. This includes flyers that are electronic (PDF) and are letter sized to distribute via email and 500 printed flyers in regular letter size paper. 4.2.3 The DMH 24/7 Help Line (800-854-7771), and the 988 Lifeline must be included in every promotional material, such as the flyers. 4.2.4 The promotional materials, including those utilizing social media platforms, shall be submitted to DMH for approval prior to implementation. 4.2.5 Vendor shall be solely liable and responsible for all social media posts. Vendor shall indemnify and hold harmless the County from and against any liabilities and costs arising from, connected with, or related to the social media posts as part of the project. 4.2.6 The promotional materials are the property of DMH.; 4.3 Training curriculum manual must be translated into Spanish and Korean.; 4.4 Final Report 4.4.1 Vendor will present curriculum manual to the FBAC members at one of the regular monthly meetings.
