Description

The Township of Cherry Hill solicited proposals from qualified firms to perform duties and functions for the Township Appraiser. Services include those listed in the Project Specifications. Awardees include BBG, Inc., Morristown, NJ; BRB Valuation & Consulting Services, LLC, Eastampton, NJ; Federal Appraisal, LLC, Whitehouse Station, NJ; Sockler Realty Services Group, Inc., Hightstown, NJ; and Wade Appraisal, LLC, Metuchen, NJ. The appointment(s) shall be for a one-year term commencing on or about July 10, 2024. Applicants must demonstrate experience and knowledge in appraisal, especially related to municipal tax appeals and condemnation issues, hold an active General Certifications License issued by the New Jersey State Real Estate Board with no violations, have a minimum of 7 years’ experience appraising real property within Camden County, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience representing municipalities before the County Board of Taxation, NJ Tax Court, and Superior Court for condemnation proceedings.
