Description

Lane County Department of Health & Human Services is seeking proposals from providers for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Continuum of Care (CoC) Nel Permanent Supportive Housing Project. The Nel is a project-based Permanent Supportive Housing program designed to provide individuals experiencing chronic houselessness with long-term housing and supportive services. The Nel is a 45-unit, project-based Permanent Supportive Housing program that offers on-site property management and supportive services including private bathrooms and kitchenettes, common areas, on-site laundry, meeting rooms, and office areas for program support and service delivery. It features 7-day-a-week on-site housing-based case management and an array of supportive services to keep residents stably housed. Project-Based Vouchers through Homes for Good provide rent for eligible tenants.
