Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Prosper Portland is requesting statements of interest and qualifications from individuals or firms to provide Real Estate Brokerage services on an "as needed" basis. Prosper Portland may award one or more Flexible Service Contracts from this RFQ. A Flexible Service Contract is a price agreement to provide a range of services with work authorized through Work Orders. Prosper Portland makes no guarantee of work under a Flexible Services Contract.
