Description
The project aims to promote the development and maintenance of CD8+ T cells critical for anti-tumor responses to PD-1 immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) therapy by targeting PSGL-1 (P-selectin glycoprotein-1). It investigates the role of T cell subsets, including stem-cell like TSC and precursor exhausted T cells (TPEX), in response to PD-1 ICB, and explores PSGL-1 blockade as a potential immunotherapy to enhance anti-tumor T cell responses.
