LA-RICS needs to closeout the project with ISD (i.e. ISD has received the equipment, paid the vendor, invoiced LA-RICS and LA-RICS has completed payment to ISD) by beginning of October to be able to process and prepare the grant submittal package to the grantor for reimbursement. The cameras would need to be delivered in late June/early July for information to propagate through the fiscal system and for ISD to be able to compile, process and send billing to LA-RICS in October. LA-RICS would like the cameras delivered by June or sooner to ensure equipment is in place for security enhancement to protect critical communications infrastructure prior to the start of the World Cup to the greatest extent practical and feasible.
