Description
This project aims to develop rapid, high-throughput methods to detect and characterize different PRG4 glycoforms in plasma, and to assess their prevalence in sepsis patients. The study will utilize glycoproteomics mass spectrometry and ELISA techniques to analyze plasma samples from animal models and human cohorts.
