Next Generation T cell therapies for childhood cancers [NexTGen]. This project aims to develop engineered T-cell therapies for pediatric solid cancers by identifying suitable targets, understanding the tumor microenvironment, developing and evaluating engineered T-cells, and translating these approaches into clinical studies.
