Description

Scope: Window Replacement - Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, Project Management . - Remove and replace 17 openings, with 2 of those openings replacing the glazing unit only in the existing storefront frame in the lobby area. All new glazing will be insulated Low-E Solar ban 70 in non-impact glass. All of the new windows are fixed windows, so they will not be operable windows. They will be the same sizes as the existing replacements with an anodized metal (mill) finish. . Apply for and obtain a building permit from the City of Orlando for window replacements. Orange County will need to provide the vendor with a basic floor plan showing the openings so the city can determine which windows are being replaced. Does not need to be an entire building schematic, just a simple basic floor plan such as the ones that are commonly used for Fire Exit access and posted throughout the building's interior . - Cleanup and haul off and disposal of debris . . .
