Description

The State is seeking a contractor to assist with the cleanup of property owned by Michael Shawn Linstead, located off Pleasant Valley Road in Marion, Montana. This cleanup action will be in accordance with an order from the District Court authorizing the State to effect cleanup of this site. The State will have a limited time in which to complete the cleanup of the property and, therefore, is conducting this solicitation in advance of the Court Order. The States intention is to execute a Notice of Award and Contract prior to the Court Order, followed by a Notice to Proceed upon receipt of the Court Order. Cleanup of the property must be completed within 7 days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed, with an anticipated completion date of June 17, 2019. The Notice to Proceed will include specifics on start and end dates and any other information pertinent to Contractors scheduled completion of services.
