Description
This project aims to validate myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) genomic features as biomarkers for early diagnosis of immunosuppression, delineate their interaction with T cells, and identify potential drugs for clinical development using multi-omics and AI/statistical approaches. The goal is to improve sepsis endotyping and predict clinical trajectories using multi-omic data of MDSCs, delineate their interaction with T cells, and identify drugs for intervention, leveraging AI and statistical modeling.
