Description
Supply Contract for furnishing Mineral Aggregate, Crush Stone and Gravel of various classes from October 1, 2018 thru March 31, 2019. FOB: Statewide. All material shall be tested by the Vendor/Contractor at the plant and certified in writing, as directed by the Engineer, as meeting ARDOT Specifications prior to being loaded into ARDOT trucks. The contract is governed by the Laws of the State of Arkansas and is statewide in scope.
