Description

This one time only grant, to be spent during the calendar year of 2025, is intended to expand the culturally specific capacity of the system of homeless services by increasing the reach and capacity of services offered by new and emerging culturally specific providers serving Multnomah County residents. The grant supports key elements of organizational stability, effectiveness, and/or infrastructure, in order to support or build providers capacity to provide culturally relevant or culturally specific services and further advance racial equity. Only projects that increase provider service capacity through infrastructure and organizational development investments will be funded.
