Description

This project involves the renovation and modernization of the FAA Control Tower Building at Henderson Executive Airport (HND) in Henderson, Nevada. The scope includes exterior improvements such as repainting stucco and metal doors to match the existing terminal remodel, replacing all roofing systems, and evaluating the soffit on the tower walkway for possible replacement. Interior upgrades consist of new ceiling tiles, fresh paint, restroom renovations, casework and countertop replacements, new window blinds, and the addition of a security camera in the lobby. Within the Control Tower, the project includes new custom casework at controller stations, installation of equipment, and a new kitchenette. The project also includes engineering and system upgrades to improve electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building controls. Electrical work includes a new lighting panel, a security camera at the tower entrance, and integration with the elevator modernization.
