DSHS shall measure successful service performance by receiving the inside delivery and placement of new chair as well as described in the above PO. DSHS payment for services is contingent upon vendor's successful performance of deliverable(s) as stated above. The vendor is responsible for accurate and successful delivery of all goods or services listed on this Purchase Order prior to June 30, 2026.
