Description
This 5-year research project examines the associations between local alcohol and cannabis control policies, alcohol and cannabis co-use, and related problems among legal age adults in California. It investigates how local policy and retail environments, including illegal cannabis markets, contribute to or prevent alcohol and cannabis use, co-use, and related harms using longitudinal survey data from 21- to 49-year-olds in 40 cities with varying alcohol and cannabis policies and retail availability.
