Description

Develop and optimize a highly accelerated deep learning-based 4D flow MRI flow acquisition, reconstruction, and preprocessing pipeline to measure aortic hemodynamics and structural measures in bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) patients. Utilize over 2300 existing 4D flow MRI datasets for evaluation and testing of a deep learning reconstruction method and fully automated preprocessing pipeline. Conduct a pilot study comparing BAV patients with aortic dilatation to healthy controls to assess clinical utility.
