Epic (Every Person Influence Children) in Partnership with Buffalo Public Schools will provide the following supports to improve parental engagement and involvement throughout the Buffalo City School District (BCSD). Provide on-site supports/staff to all BCSD parents at a Buffalo Family Opportunity Center (BFOC) - Reaching and Supporting Families across BCSD but will be located within and will specifically target families who attend and live near Highgate Heights Elementary School #80. The Buffalo Family Opportunity Center will leverage existing programmatic resources but will offer distinct opportunities to our families through this program. Specifically the BFOC will target families within the 14215 zip code and will offer parenting and other counseling services in a more targeted, sustained way in partnership with EPIC. Consultant will commence performances of services January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026
