Description

Snohomish County is requesting qualifications, price and availability for the software described below: FTR RealTime Gold (One year license) - For The Record, or equal. Total cost of goods & support may not exceed $50,000.00. Quoted prices shall be good for sixty (60) days. All quoted prices submitted shall be F.O.B. destination, freight included. Snohomish County Bid Terms and Conditions shall apply to any award of contract. Responses should be provided via the Bid Form and Pricing Form or the Request for Written Quote. Clarifications and questions may be sent to purchasing@snoco.org. This is a request for quotation only and does not obligate Snohomish County to place an order. Term of award to run concurrently with term of license. Eligibility: authorized distributor, dealer, or manufacturer with prior experience. Product shall be new, intended for sale in the United States, warranted, and supported by the manufacturer. Subscription support includes updates, upgrades, 24/7 support, email and phone support, and access to documentation. Equal products may be considered if they meet the same form, fit, function, and quality. Include a copy of the end user service agreement if required.
