Description

Scope: Insulation Panels Mobilization, Insurance, General Conditions, and Supervision . Supervision/Project Mgmt, Moving warehouse contents as needed in order to accomplish the listed activities Apply insulation panels to the interior side of the two new 9'w x 8'h metal sectional garage doors. This will help offset the heat transfer to the inside of the warehouse through these two metal garage doors. . Apply 1" thick rigid insulation board to the underside of the existing plywood ceiling with adhesive and mechanical fasteners throughout the warehouse's interior ceiling. Vendor will also close in the 4 former skylight openings with plywood framing and sealing off any voids/openings with expansion foam in the ceiling. . Provide and install a new fiberglass 3'x6'8" door to replace the existing metal door. We will seal the bottom portion with a sweep and weatherstripping to provide a well-sealed door so as not to allow intrusion or air exchange. Vendor will reuse the existing door hardware locking hardware. . Paint the new door with an exterior grade Sherwin Williams brown paint to best match the existing door and caulk accordingly. .
