Description
The project focuses on conducting, developing, acquiring, improving, implementing, validating, analyzing, and reporting data from high-throughput functional omics assays (genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics) for immune response characterization in samples from in vivo or in vitro studies investigating SIV, SHIV, or HIV. The assays will primarily focus on samples from animal models for HIV, with possible inclusion of human clinical trial samples to evaluate vaccine immunogenicity and efficacy.
