Scope Includes: Mobilization to project site, Site protection and work area preparation, Demolition and removal of existing utility shed structure, Loading and hauling of demolition debris, Dump fees and disposal costs, Trucking and transportation of debris/materials, Heavy equipment operation required for demolition and removal, Manual hand labor required for demolition, cleanup and loading, Final cleanup of work area related to demolition operations. Project Pricing: Materials $5,875.00, Labor, Heavy equipment operation & hand labor $5,875.00, Total cost $11,750.00. Payment Terms: 50% deposit due upon acceptance for materials, Remaining balance due upon completion of work. Total deposit for materials: $5,875.00. Advance payments are authorized under s. 215.422(15), F.S. and are allowable as the goods or services; are essential to the operation of a state agency; savings are greater than investment earnings; and are available only if advance payment is made.
