Faith Based Dementia Support Vendor to develop a practical training toolkit for faith-based institutions to establish dementia family support groups, host a live training event to launch and orient participants to the toolkit, pilot the toolkit with at least one institution to gather real-world feedback, and produce a summary report with findings and recommendations for refinement and scale-up.
