A project funded by the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities to develop and evaluate a mobile intervention and dashboard to improve cervical cancer screening adherence among African American women.

Description

This project aims to develop and evaluate a mobile-based cervical cancer intervention (mNav) and a companion dashboard (mNav-D) to support African American women who are overdue for cervical cancer screening. The intervention includes tailored videos and text messages to promote screening adherence, supported by lay navigators using the dashboard to monitor performance and facilitate patient engagement. The study will assess the effectiveness of these tools in increasing adherence to screening guidelines and improving health outcomes.
