Storage charges are activated on the 31st day of receipt of the received product and they are billed in advance. CHARGES: Storage charges are $3.50 per square foot per month. The 1st billable month (after the 30 days free of charge period) is charged for a minimum of 1 month. After the (1) month minimum charge, all additional charges are based on a daily prorated amount based upon the removal date.
