REPLACE DEFECTIVE FIRE ALARM PANEL AT HAMLIN - 16000 MALCOLM ROAD, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787 Scope of Work: JCI to replace the existing Simplex 4010 FACP with a Simplex 4010ES FACP due to the panel is completely down. Repair quote includes: Disconnect and removal of existing panel, install existing conduits and wiring, install new FACP, FACP surge protection, program new FACP and test, replace (1) remote annunciator (if required), permit and associated inspections. Not included: Painting/patching of any kind, overtime, fire watch, any additional field devices unknown to be non-operational. Any additional parts/labor found to be required once the new FACP is up and running or any Authority Having Jurisdiction mandated requirements will be quoted separately.
