Description
The City of Bellingham (“City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) (Invitation No. 52B-2017) from consultants interested in providing professional design services to the City of Bellingham for the 2017 Annual Overlay - Roeder Avenue project (ES-0540). Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. Upon consideration of the submittals, the City will negotiate final terms with the selected party.
