Description

The Genome Data Analysis Center (GDAC) project aims to perform batch effects identification, quantitation, diagnosis, and correction; contribute to integrated cluster analysis, RPPA proteomic data analysis, and high-level visualization of omic data including single-cell sequencing; and communicate results to network members, stakeholders, and the scientific community. The GDAC supports projects managed by the Center for Cancer Genomics (CCG) to better understand cancer biology and resistance mechanisms. The project involves developing and extending the MBatch software system for quality control and correction of batch effects, collaborating with other centers, providing integrated clustering solutions, high-level visualization tools, and analyzing RPPA proteomic data. The team has expertise in bioinformatics, biostatistics, cancer biology, and software engineering, with significant computational resources.
