Description
The KDE is seeking to purchase professional development (PD) coaching for districts and school sites in the Commonwealth to use on their equity journey. This professional development supports diversity, equality, and inclusion, and all coaching must be research/evidence based. The vendor will offer personalized coaching for all school districts (if they opt in) and regional educational cooperatives in Kentucky 4 to 5 times per year. Any technology components must be web-based and compatible with the current KETS environment.
