Description

The STATE OF MONTANA, Office of Public Instruction (OPI) is seeking a project evaluator related to a research project called MDUC (Creating a Montana Data Use Culture), federally funded through 2019. The project will fund up to five research projects in collaboration with units of the university system to improve student performance and college readiness for Montana students. The evaluator will assess the extent to which OPI develops understandable and usable processes for stakeholders of the MDUC grant through GEMS and the extent to which students and teachers can use the GEMS system to access understandable data.
