Description

CSST - Field Abatement Monitoring: Abatement monitoring to include visual nspections, review of contractor submittals, asbestos air sampling. Is our understanding that the contractor will be removing asbestos containing roofing mastic. 1. Costs for up to 1 shift of asbestos abatement monitoring and project management, are included in this proposal. 2. Fiber counts will be collected during the removal. A visual inspection will be conducted upon completion of the work. 3. Upon completion of the field work and receipt of laboratory results, a clearance notice will be provided (Notice to Contractor Form). A report will be provided approximately 3 weeks later.
