### Description

Establishes a Clinical and Data Coordinating Center, an ALS Clinical Research Consortium of 30 U.S. centers, and a longitudinal observational and biomarker study involving more than 2,000 people living with ALS and 500 healthy participants at high genetic risk. Activities include collecting clinical, biofluid, digital, and imaging biomarker data; contributing harmonized datasets to NIH ALS data repositories; community engagement; site education and training; and a Scholars Program for early-stage investigators.
